Entry levels at Kambala are generally Preparation (must turn 4 by March 31 of that year), Year 5 and Year 7 with small intakes in Transition to Year 4 and Year 6. Entry after Year 7 is dependent upon an interview and assessment.

An application form for admission is required for each student wishing to enter Kambala. Some priority is given to daughters or grand-daughters of Old Girls, to those with sisters already attending, and to country boarders.

The following items should be included with the application:
- Two written family references
- A photocopy of your daughter’s last two school reports
- A non-refundable application fee of $200.00 AUD.

Places are generally offered two years in advance of the year of intended enrolment. Once the place is accepted, a non-refundable entrance fee is required to secure the place.

Parents considering enrolling their daughter are encouraged to make an appointment to tour the School. To arrange a tour or request an information package, including the application form, current fees and prospectus please contact the Director of Enrolments.

Overseas Students
Kambala is a registered provider for a limited number of overseas students. Kambala’s CRICOS provider number is 02284M.

An overseas student is a student who is not an Australian or New Zealand citizen, a permanent resident or a refugee.

The following items should be included with the application:
- A non-refundable application fee of $200.00 AUD.
- Two written references
- A photocopy of your daughter’s last two school reports
- A photocopy of the first four pages of your daughter’s passport

Evidence of English language proficiency will be required and applicants will be asked to sit for the Australian Education Assessment Services (AEAS) testing, either in their own country or Australia.
